Worries, doubts, and fear are all part of a healthy life. Anxiousness about our future is what makes us get up in the morning and try again. Excessiveness and constant worry about many things and not being able to do anything as a result of it is what is considered unhealthy worries. Seek help and learn how to control your anxious mind. The National Institute of Mental Health reports that 1 in 5 children ages 13-18 have, or will have a serious mental health illness.
