Learn to have compassion and love for those that are different. In the eyes of God, we are all equal, and he loves and cares for us the same.
Worries, doubts, and fear are all part of a healthy life. Anxiousness about our future is what makes us get up in the morning and try again. Excessiveness and constant worry about many things and not being able to do anything as a result of it is what is considered unhealthy worries. Seek help and learn how to control your anxious mind. Just breathe!
